Day 3 | 2 Week Weightloss Challenge!
Morning weight: 80,0 kg.
Today was my rest day from the weights, so between my personal training clients I went to Tips and Toes (my current go-to ladies salon) to have my nails & brows done.
Honestly I hate going, I feel it’s such a waste of time and usually it takes them 2-3 hours to do my nails… And it’s sooo boring. But the results are worth it. I love having my nails and brows perfectly done, it’s just one of those little everyday luxuries I need to feel my best.
I spend the rest of the day training my amazing personal training clients and workout with my awesome online clients.

Food log:
Pre breakfast (8am-12pm)
– I had my Apple cider vinegar lemonade (let me know if I should do a post with the recipe!), 1 cup matcha with milk and one grande skinny cappuccino from Starbucks.
Breakfast (12 pm)
– 50 g. rolled oats
– 1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein powder*
– 5 strawberries
– Handful of blueberries
– 1/2 apple
– 15 almonds
– 2 dl. low fat milk
*With breakfast I also take a bunch of supplements as seen in the picture.
Snack: 1 cup of coffee with creamer
Lunch (5:15 pm)
– 100 g. chicken
– 100 g. green beans
– 100 g. baked carrots
– 100 g. sweet potato
Dinner (10 pm)
– 50 g. rolled oats
– 1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein powder*
– 5 strawberries
– Handful of blueberries
– 1/2 apple
– 15 almonds
– 2 dl. low fat milk
Late night snack (10:30pm)
– Some fresh pineapple
Workout log:
Today was my rest day, so I only did cardio, no weights.
4:30-5pm:
– 30 min. incine walk (3,5-5,5%) on treadmill w. 6 km/h.
8-9 pm:
– Walk n’ talk in Dubai Marina with a friend. We walked 5,65 km. in 1 hr 6 min.
