Anti Cellulite Workout | 15-Minute High Intensity Home Routine

This 15-minute high-intensity anti cellulite workout routine targets hips, hamstrings, glutes & stomach. The high-intensity interval format ensures an effective cardiovascular workout at the same time as you’ll strengthen and tone your legs, glutes, and abs. It’s a great workout for decreasing the appearance of cellulite and to tone and strengthen the legs and glutes.

The best part: It requires absolutely no equipment and can be done from home!

It’s no secret that I have a tendency for cellulite. Most of my fat is stored on my lower body, and my cellulite occurs on the back of my thighs in particular. That’s one of the reasons why I love training my legs – the more muscle I can build on my legs and the tighter they get, the less I see the cellulite! I’ve accepted that it’s there and I won’t get rid of it unless I’m leaner than I feel comfortable being, but I still like to work the area and increase muscle tone and blood flow to decrease the bumby appearance.

When I was in Denmark recently, I visited my best friend who lives on a farm outside the city. I couldn’t make it to the gym so instead I decided to do this anti cellulite workout in the garden. I had no equipment available – not even an exercise mat – but still managed to pull off a great anti cellulite workout that had me sore for days!

I even filmed myself doing the whole thing so I can share the full workout with you today :)

How to get rid of cellulite?

Leading a healthier lifestyle may reduce the appearance of cellulite, however, lifestyle might not be the deciding factor in whether someone has cellulite or not. If you want to try to target your cellulite by changing your lifestyle, the most important thing is to increase blow flow and build muscle in the area, eat a healthy diet high in protein and low in sodium and to drink plenty of water. I talk more about how to get rid of cellulite in this blog.

Despite what you’ve heard about cellulite being caused by trapped toxins and poor circulation, cellulite is caused by one thing: Fat.

Combine the 6 exercises in this high-intensity routine with a healthy diet and an active lifestyle, and you’ll see the cellulite melt away in no time!
