Healthy Starbucks Drinks | My Top 5

In this blog I’m going to spill the tea and tell you about five of my favorite, healthy Starbucks drinks.
Calorie-wise, they range between 15 and 130 calories. They are all good, low calorie, low sugar, low fat, healthy(ish) alternatives to the sugar loaded Frappes and all the Caramel-whatever that you would usually order at your local Starbucks joint.

Have you ever come to Starbucks and looked at the menu and been like, “The only thing here I know is healthy and low-calorie is a black coffee”? Because I know I have!

1: Blended Iced Americano

The first drink on my list is a blended Ice Americano. You just ask them to put extra ice and then blend it so it becomes this fluffy, slushy, iced coffee. It’s so good. And if you want a sweet taste, just add 1 or 2 pack of a zero-calorie sweetener. It’s super, super low calorie, cold and so refreshing. Plus, you get a nice the caffeine kick.

Total protein: 1

2: Teavana Shaken Iced Green Tea

The second on my list is Teavana Shaken Iced Green Tea. It’s just a very, very low-calorie, super refreshing, lovely iced green tea. And again, if you want a little bit more sweetness, add a bit of sweetener.

Total carb: 11
Total fat: 0
Total protein: 0

3: Skinny Vanilla Latte

Third drink on my list is a Skinny Vanilla Latte.

Calories: 80
Total carb: 13
Total fat: 0
Total protein: 8

It’s a protein-rich, low-calorie drink. And it’s just so yummy. The warm, milky vanilla flavor is amazing. Especially on chilly days.

4: Coconut Milk Iced Matcha Latte

If you’ve been following me for a little while, you know that this green baby is my faaaaavorite Starbucks order. Unfortunately, it’s a bit high in sugar because the matcha mix they have at Starbucks is ready made with sugar, so you can’t get it sugar-free. So if you don’t want all the calories,  then you need to size down. So this is a tall Iced Matcha Latte made with coconut milk.

Total carb: 18
Total fat: 4
Total protein: 1

5: Skinny Cinnamon Dolce Latte

The fifth and final healthy Starbucks drink on my list is this Skinny Cinnamon Dolce Latte. It comes with 130 calories, so it’s also the highest calorie drink on this list, but with those 130 calories comes 12 grams of protein. So in a way, it’s a nice little snack, actually. And it’s just so yummy, it has a very sweet and intense flavor.
