You guuuuyyyyssss I’m so sorry for this poor update and for not checking in sooner. The truth is my knee was hurting so I decide to take it easy with the gym and just do 1 hour light cardio for the past 2 days + I’m so blessed to have become very busy with personal training here in Dubai, so I’ve had literally no time to blog, cook, eat or sleep.
But since I started freelancing on April 1st I couldn’t be more thankful to have this much work coming my way right now. Thank you, Universe <3

I won’t do a food & workout log for these past 2 days as I’ve been very unstructured with my food (even more than usual) and like I said, I stuck with 1 hour light cardio per day for these past 2 days. One day I did one hour on the bike, the other day I waked for 1 hour. From tomorrow I’l’ be back to logging all of my workout & meal plan details, and sharing them with you here on the blog.
