Cardio Inspiration: Tire Plyo Finisher

I perwsonally prefer to move kinda slow for longer durations. When I try to be explosive and fast it’s almost a joke, because it looks like I’m moving in slow motion even though I’m doing my best! Buuuuut I still enjoy attempting to do stuff like plyometricts and high intensity circuits sometimes to mix things up.

I’m doing 60 minutes of cardio everyday on my 2 Week Get Lean Challenge so I lkike to keep it fun and fresh. Yesterday for example, I did two 3o min. cardio workouts.

The first was after my glute session where I did incline walkikng for 23 min. followed by incline sprints Tabata style. So it was 8×20 sec. spring + 10 sec. rest.

Second cardio session was a 25 min. walk in Dubai Marina followed by this 5 min finisher (where I attempted to be fast and explosive as f*ck but it’s clearly not my thing! haha)

Tire Plyo Finisher

– 4 x tire jump-overs
– 10 x high knee taps
– 10 x cross-over mountain climbers

Do 10 rounds and try to keep rest between rounds to max 10 sec.
