Upper Body Workout // My Day
The weekend is over (Sunday is the first day of the week here in Dubai) and it’s back to work!
I’m aaaaaalmost done being sick (feel good but the cough just won’t leave me alone) so I hit the gym before work for some cardio and an upper body workout!
My Workout:
Cardio: 30 minute incline walk 5,5-6,5% at 5,5 km/h.
Weights:
A1: Alternating wide grip lat pull downs 3×20
A2: Steering wheel 3×10
B1: T-bar row 3×10
B2: Lateral raises 3×10
C1: Seated DB shoulder press 3×10
C2: Bent over rear delt fly 3×15
C3: Bent over reverse fly 3×10
After my workout I had the first meal of the day which was prepared by Pura.
I had 100 g. cooked rice, 100 g. green beans and green bell peppers, 100g. broccoli and minced beef plus some ketchup because I love my ketter!
The rest of the day was spend with my amazing clients and a quick meeting in Starbucks. Got home at 9:30 PM and now after posting this blog I’m off to bed.
