Reach Your Goals In 2019 | 6 Steps To Being Successful This Year

Ready to Reach Your Goals In 2019?

We are 19 days into the new year. It’s a great time to check in and ask yourself; “How is my New Years Resolution going?”

If you’re still feeling great, working towards your goals, this blog wasn’t written with you in mind.
If you’ve come this far and are still enjoying your life, you probably set up a realistic plan to reach an ambitious yet achievable goal.

But chances are, that’s not you. Instead, you’re miserable and hungry, considering returning to your old habits. Or maybe you’ve already given up. Because what you were doing is unsustainable.

A New Years resolution to get fit is usually overly ambitious and not something you can stick to long term. But it doesn’t have to be that way! Below I’m sharing 6 simple tips to getting healthy and in shape in 2019 without having to give up your happiness to achieve a flat stomach!

Implement them one by one over the next 6 months, and by 2020 you will be one of those people who doesn’t have to stress about food and who works out in the morning!

How to Ready to reach Your Goals In 2019:

January:

Don’t completely change your eating habits, but start by adding more vegetables to all your meals and mastering the art of portion control.

Febuary:

Get enough sleep. Most adults need between 7,5-9 hours of sleep every night.

March:

Try to do some form of exercise for 30 minutes (like walking) every day.

April:

Find a workout you love! That way it doesn’t feel like a chore, and it’s something you’re excited to do. Working out with a personal trainer can help you gain confidence in the gym and make you love it.

May:

Make it easy for yourself to get your workout in by working out in the morning before work.

June:

Don’t aim for perfection. 80/20 is a great rule. 80% of the time you eat vegetables and manage your portions, go for a daily walk and work out in the morning. The rest of the time you can do whatever you feel like with no guilt. It’s what you consistently do that matters, not having a little break or treat here and there.
