My FAVE ab workout
I’m not even gonna sugarcoat it… I HATE training abs.
As in I never ever used to think it’s fun or enjoyable. I used to skip abs 95% of the time…
But let’s face it, having just a slight indication of abs makes you look fit and it’s pretty sexy.
So I inveted this short & sweet ab workout that get’s the job done in no time!
It’s my FAVE ab workout:
A1: Weighted Bosu Ball Sit Ups
A2: Alternating heel drops (video shows bent knee version, I do them with straight legs)
A3: Russion twist
Do 20 reps of each exercise for 3-4 sets with max. 1 minute break between sets and feel the burn!
