Recipe: Avocado Pudding inspired by Kourtney Kardashian

Kourtney Kardashian’s Avocado Pudding has been all over the internet lately. And while it is healthy, delicious and made from only 3 ingredients, I wanted to boost it a little.
She uses her avo pudding as pre workout energy from the healthy avocado fats, whilst my version is a full meal complete with carbs, fat and protein. I also added a few extra imgredients for that extra health boost and a beautiful deep green color, but you dont have to do that.

As I was making it I was afraid I added too much milk and it would come out to watery, but it was absolutely perfect! Very smooth and with a slight sweet taste. If you wish to have more sweetness you can add afew more drops of liquid sweetener, stevia or agave syrup.

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole avocado
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 1 scoop protein powder (I used whey with vanilla flavor)
  • 1 dl. low fat milk/no sugar added nut milk

Optional: 3 drops liquid calorie free sweetener, 1/2 tbsp Spirulina, 1/2 tbsp Chlorella

How to:

Add all ingredients in blender (I use my Magic Bullet which I love) and blend until smooth.
Transfer to a pretty glass and eat with a spoon.
