Focus Points in 2018
I don’t do New Years Resolutions but I do FOCUS POINTS.

I’ve been doing these Focus Points for the new year since 2010 and I highly recommend doing them!
I usually choose 3-5 Focus Points that are important to me. They have to be absolute musts for me to achieve. I write them down and then I just get to work at the same time as I continue to live my life to the best of my ability. And at the end of the year, I’ve always achieved almost all of them. You’d be surprised how powerful a tool this is.
Focus Points 2018:
1. Spend more time and energy on the blog and my social media platforms.
I love helping people and being a positive influence. In a world of waist trainers and detox teas I feel it’s important with influencers that have a story, influencers that care about their followers health and happiness and who can’t be bought to recommend a useless product to their followers.
2. Become more financially independent
Money in itself won’t make you happy, but not having to worry about money will give you more energy to focus on other things!
3. Continue to work on attracting the right people into my life through a positive attitude and strong communication.
Being a good person who contributes positively to other peoples lives and having great people in my life is so important to me.
