Today’s video features the SIDE PLANK TWIST & REACH.

The side plank twist & reach-through is an advanced plank variation, so make sure you master good form in the regular side plank before trying this movement.

I’m showing you two variations in this video:

1: The Elbow Side Plank Twist and Reach-through
2: The High Side Plank Twist and Reach

Make sure you master the elbow side plank before going int the high side plank.

In this twenty-fourth and final video in the series, I’m showing you the side plank twist & reach tutorial. My goal is to show you how to do the side plank twist & reach-through correctly, so you have lots of different plank variations to add to your workouts to keep it fun and challenging. Planks are so much more than just the standard elbow plank that! I hope that became clear during this series. I’ve only covered 24 different plank variations and there are so many more out there that you can try!
