HIGH PLANK WITH POSTERIOR PELVIC TILT TUTORIAL ⎮ PLANKMAS DAY 2
December 2nd means Plankmas Day 2!
In this second video in the Plankmas series, I’m doing a high plank exercise tutorial. In fact, I’m showing you how to do a high plank with a posterior pelvic tilt. I also take you through a high plank regression on the knees, called a high knee plank. That’s a great plank high plank variation exercise for beginners! Just make sure to place a mat under your knees to protect them :)
For demonstrations of some of the most common mistakes, make sure to check out my elbow plank tutorial so you know what mistakes to avoid! My goal with the first 2 videos is to show you how to do both an elbow plank and a high plank correctly, so we can safely do 24 days of planks without getting any injuries!
Starting from tomorrow December 3rd I will bring on some more different and fun plank variations to mix it up and keep it interesting throughout the remaining 22 days of the Plankmas Challenge!
