ELBOW SIDE PLANK TUTORIAL ⎮ PLANKMAS DAY 3

PLANKMAS means I’m sharing a video on my Youtube with a new plank variation every single day throughout the holiday month. I want to make it easy for you to find inspiration and get creative with your planks!

In this third video in the series, I’m doing an elbow side plank exercise tutorial.

My goal is to inspire you to mix up your planks AND show you how to do the elbow side plank correctly, so we can safely do 24 days of planks without getting any injuries! In the video, I also take you through a side plank regression on the knees. In the video, I’m showing you my favorite ways of doing side planks for advanced and beginners, but there are of course many more variations of the side plank that you can do as part of your Plankmas Challenge! Over the next 21 days, I’ll keep giving you daily uploads of some of my favorite plank variations and side plank variations so you can mix it up and have fun with the challenge!
