It’s December! Which means it’s time for a Holiday Challenge and this year I’m hosting PLANKMAS on my Instagram & YouTube and I hope you want to join in! We’re going to be doing 24 days of planks! I think it’s a great way to challenge yourself, make the month be just a tiny little bit about fitness &  “earn” your holiday snacks!

Today, December 1st, we start the challenge with 15 seconds of planks!
I’ll be going live on my Instagram around 4 PM in Dubai (1 PM in Denmark) to meet everyone who’s joining the challenge and do my 15 seconds with you!

From 1.-24. of December we add 15 seconds to our total plank time every single day.
As we add more time each day, it’s ok if you want to split the accumulated time into multiple plank sessions throughout the day.

On Christmas Eve the 24th of December I challenge you to attempt a 6 min. plank with me! I hate (HATE!) training abs and I’ve never done more than 1 min. plank before in my life, so I’m a bit scared about this tbh… But I know I’ll be motivated to do it with all of you!

If you’re joining the challenge, please share your planks on your story and tag me! I’ll be there to cheer you on!
Remember to invite your friends and family to do the challenge with you, so we can all get fitter and stronger together this December.

On my YouTube I’ll share different plank variations every day throughout the month, so you can find inspiration and get creative with your planks! Make sure you subscribe to my blog and/or YouTube channel so you won’t miss any of the plank video guides going up this month! There’s going to be SO MUCH inspiration for fun ways to do planks!

The videos will be uploaded every day at 6 AM in Dubai (3 AM in Denmark) so you’re sure to have a new plank variation waiting for you when you wake up every morning. That’s almost as amazing as a chocolate Christmas calendar, isn’t it? (Remember you don’t have to choose, you can enjoy both!)
