PHYSIQUE UPDATE + What I Buy At The Grocery Store While Dieting

Today I’ll share my PHYSIQUE UPDATE with comparisons from Day 1 & Day 25.
I’m so excited to share this. It’s the first update on my journey towards reaching my fitness goals in 2019 & 2020!

Here on the blog, I’m sharing my weight progress and a few pics of my shape here on day 25.

In the video, I’ll also show you what I buy at the grocery store while dieting and talk about how I’m currently approaching this diet (the goal is losing fat and building lean muscle) and my training. My Physique Progress

I have to say that I am very happy with my progress on the scale so far! 2,2 kg. in just 25 days is right on track (it’s always a bit faster in the beginning) and it gives me 2 full months to drop the last 3,5 kg. I’m sure I’ll manage that, even though it might get tough towards the end!

Getting fit can be hard sometimes, but it should mostly be an enjoyable process where you can still eat your favorite foods. As you can see in the video, I do technically follow a diet plan, but it’s very flexible and I guess you could call what I’m doing flexible dieting (IIFYM).

As of now, this is not a contest prep and I am not planning to compete in bikini fitness. I am just aiming to lose fat, get a flat stomach and some strong, tight glutes!
(But never say never.)
