Sometimes you don’t manage to meal prep in advance, and sadly, that can be enough to make you blow your diet!

When you didn’t food prep and suddenly find yourself hungry with no time (or desire) to cook, that’s usually when you reach for a high-calorie snack instead of having a well-balanced meal that fills you up and helps you stick to your healthy eating habits long term.

Meal prep is a great solution to that problem, but if you’re anything like me you have so much going on that sometimes, you don’t manage to plan ahead. And while meal prep offers some amazing benefits, I don’t want to live a life where I can’t be a little bit behind schedule or allow for some flexibility in my daily life. Stressing about food and grocery shopping is something I used to do a lot, and it made me miserable and fed my anxiety. That’s why I decided to make a plan for those days where meal prep just doesn’t happen! It allows me the flexibility to skip a meal prep, wake up late or decide what I feel like eating “in the moment”.

I have a bunch of healthy recipes in my diet plan, but these three no cooking meal prep recipes, in particular, have helped me stick to my weight loss and fat loss goals on those busy days, and I’m sure they can help you too!

All three healthy recipes are all low calorie, macro-friendly and contain only the best sources of protein and healthy carbs.
