FEMALE PERSONAL TRAINER IN DUBAI | A Day In My Life

As a female personal trainer in Dubai, I have a wide background in health and fitness as both a personal trainer and a qualified Hatha yoga teacher in Dubai.
I hold a bachelors degree in physiotherapy from Copenhagen, Denmark, and my personal training qualifications include training for weight loss, muscle building, body toning (lose fat and build muscle), general fitness and cardiovascular training, prehab and rehab from injuries and illnesses and pre and postnatal personal training.

Being a mobile personal trainer I visit most of my clients at home in Dubai for their personal training sessions.

With more than 9 years experience in the fitness industry and over 6 years as a personal trainer, I work with all levels of clients: From beginners with no training or exercise experience who needs help to get started, to those who’ve been training for years but feel they need a little extra help to reach a specific fitness goal.

A Day In My Life As A Female Personal Trainer In Dubai

Curious to see what a typical day looks like for me as a personal trainer in Dubai?

Today you can join me on a day at work! Click here to watch the video on YouTube or just play the video I’ve put here on the blog. Trying to make it as easy as possible for you guys :)

I start my day at 5:15 as I have my first client at 6 am (!!) Then you get to come with me as I do my training, prep healthy meals, take a nap and a chat about how I deal with late cancellations and some of the other challenges I face as a female personal trainer in Dubai.

Being a personal trainer in Dubai can be extremely rewarding but you need to work hard on both your knowledge, coaching skills, and your fitness.

You also need to know your worth and stand by it, if you want to be able to live a comfortable life as a full-time personal trainer!

I’ve been a personal trainer in Dubai for 3 years and I’ve worked very hard to get to where I am today. I didn’t start off living in a luxurious building in Downtown Dubai, but with hard work and determination, I’m now living the life of my dreams while working my dream job.
