HOW TO STAY CONSISTENT WITH EXERCISE

Today I’m sharing the tried-and-tested formula that has helped me stay consistent with exercise for 8 years and counting!
That’s right. 8 YEARS OF CONSISTENCY!

I came up with this formula when I was recovering from stress & anxiety (and learning self-love) in 2011 and it’s stuck with me throughout moving countries, 100+ hour work weeks, heartbreak, 3 x competition prep, traveling, motivation lows and anything in between… It just works! And I promise it’ll work for you too.

The video is a bit long because I want to share how much I used to struggle. I’m far from perfect, and I know how difficult it can be to be consistent. The problem with inconsistency is, that you won’t see results from it. You can work harder than anyone for 1 week, even 1 month, but as soon as you throw in the towel and take weeks or months off, again and again, you won’t see results and you’ll feel like you’re starting from scratch over and over.
