Free Training Program: Arms & Upper Body

Until we begin, try this free Arm Focused Upper Body Workout that I did yesterday as my own training:

Warm up: 10 min. cardio

A1: Close Grip Bench Press 4×10
A2: Seated DB Hammer Curl 4×10

B1: Incline Push Up on Smith Machine 4×10
B2: Reverse Grip Smith Machine Inverted Pull Up 4×10 (Pull yourself up to right below your chest. They fryyyy your biceps if done right.)

C1: Cable Rope Overhead Tricep Extensions 4×10
C2: Straight Bar Cable Bicep Curl 4×10

Short and sweet, and you’re hitting your whole upper body and core but focusing the stress on your triceps and biceps. Get ready to feel confident in those short sleeves and tank tops!
