My go-to just-get-it-done 25 minute workouts!

What a week!

This week has been more than hectic! I’ve done no less  than 45 hours of personal training (which is actually my all time record in one week) + driving to and from my clients. It’s been an 80+ hour work week. And if that wasn’t stressful enough, I also had to deal with someone crashing into my car while it was parked outside the gym on Tuesday… Ugh. So whenever I had a free second I’ve been calling and going to insurance companies, garages and trying to deal with all of that stuff.

Saturday is my only day off and I decided to enjoy every second of it.

Woke up early and went to the garage with my damaged car to have them look at it (hopefully it’ll get fixed next week) and then went to the gym for 30 minutes of cardio and a quick upper body workout.

Despite being super busy I try to go to the gym every day and do at least 30 minutes of cardio and strenght training. Usually 15 minutes of each but it varies. And when I have more time like today, I like to stay for about 45-60 min.
I love doing cardio so if I can squeeze in 30 sweaty minutes on the treadmill or stairmaster I’m happy!

After the gym I went to the beach for a few relaxing hours in the sun. Much needed! And I even got a tiny little tan (I’m still amongst the most pale people in Dubai, but at least not see through anymore)

After the beach I’ve been home, working on my online clients’ programs and now it’s time to get ready to go to the movies with my friend. The movie theatres here in Dubai are amazing and my favorite is Theatre by Rhodes in Mall of the Emirates.
