Crossfit Endurance Workout
I joined an endurance class at Crossfit Metalize yesterday and it was so much fun!
When I lived in Denmark I used to do crossfit quite a lot (even competed once) but since moving to Dubai it’s been very sporadic… My workouts are usually pretty quick and I just train in my apartment gym or in the gym that I work at, but sometimes it’s nice to join a class and let the atmosphere, the instructor and the other participants push you!
The workout was a long chipper with a 45 min time cap and I finished a scaled version in 42.23 minutes.

50 cal assault bike
50 wall balls (14 lbs)
50 hanging leg raises
50 DB overhead walking lunges (left arm)
50 cal row
50 DB overhead walking lunges (right arm)
50 burpee box jumps
50 box step overs
To be honest the lunges and row in between absolutely killed me! I wasn’t sure if I could go on without a break, but I slowed down on my burpees box jumps and made it to the end within the time cap. Yay!
Had so much fun I might try and go again this week ;)
