Recipe: Lemon & Apple Cider Vinegar Lemonade

My go-to just-get-it-done 25 minute workouts!

First, I want to thank you all for your patience with me! I know the blog has been very quiet lately.
I’m so busy with helping my personal training clients, that I barely have time to train myself, let alone write anything interesting on the blog!

If you ever find yourself in the same situation, here are two great workouts that will give you the health & energy boost you need to manage a busy life, in only about 25 minutes time! These are my go-to get-it-done workouts when I’m doing 40 hours of personal training + driving per week! I like to do them in a 2 days on-1 day off split, which allows me to still hit lower/upper body 2-3 times per week despite my crazy work schedule.

The workouts can be done almost anywhere as they only require a treadmill (or another piece of cardio equipment or a jump rope) and dumbbells.

LOWER BODY:

5 min. incline walk 5,5% & 6 km/h.
20 jump squats (or air squats*)
20 jump lunges (or reverse lunges*)
20 DB romanian deadlifts
20 mountain climbers

Repeat for a total of 3 rounds

*Exercises in ( ) are an easier alternative.

UPPER BODY:

5 min. incline walk 7,5% & 6 km/h.
20 DB bent-over-rows
20 DB standing shoulder press
10 DB front raises
10 Lateral raises
10 Reverse fly’s

Repeat for a total of 3 rounds
