Full Body Dumbbell Home Workout
Did this amazing workout yesterday that I wanted to share with you. It’s a full body workout that especially targets your legs, core, chest and arms. Basically everything is firing to get you through but I promise it feels good when it’s done.
Complete these 5 exercises back to back:
Do 3 rounds of decreasing reps 20-15-10
1 minute break between rounds
