Fresh start | 2 Week Weightloss Challenge!
Soooo I started a challenge last week, but unfortunateloy haven’t been able to stick with it as I’ve been unwell on/off and a lot of crazy things (good things, but stressful and time consuming!) so I’ve decided to restart my challenge as of today… Sometimes things don’t work out as we planned, but instead of giving up we have to go back to the draving board, maybe rearrange some things and start again.
The dates of the challenge are 02.04.2018-16.04.2018.
I will have one cheat meal on Friday 13th of april and for that I’ll do 1 extra hour of cardio, but other than that, the goal will be to stick with my diet plan of 1500 kcal per day.
This morning I weighed in at 80,8 kg. and I would be very pleased to get below 77 kg. during this challenge. The final goal is 72 kg. and I’d like to reach that before July 1st.
The rules for The Geat Lean Challenge are as follows:
– Eat approx 1500 kcals/day
– No alcohol except on 13th of april
– 1 hour cardio every day
– Glutes 4 times/week
– Upper body & abs 2 times/week
– Yoga 1-2/week
Every day I will post about the previous day, so you’ll be able to follow my training and diet very closely and even copy me if you want to!
