Day 8 | 2 Week Weightloss Challenge!

I woke up after only 5 hrs of sleep, and even though I ate very healthy food yesterday, I felt so bloated. Probably from too little sleep, as I need at least 7 hours, preferaby 8 or more, to feel well rested… Sooo I decided not to go on the scale, haha. I don’t want to startg my day off in a bad mood by stepping on the scale at 5:30 am to see an increase for no reason. Hopefully my bloating will have gone away tomorrow and I can weigh myself again :)
Food log:
UPON WAKING UP (5:30 am)
– Coffee with low fat milk
– My Apple cider vinegar lemonade
PRE/DURING POWERWALK (11 am)
– Venti Iced Americano with a dash of low fat milk
BREAKFAST (1 pm)
– 250 g. carrots/red cabbage/red onions
– 1/2 small can of sweet corn
– 2 eggs
– Some sweet chili sauce and ketchup
– 2 pcs Wasa rye crisp bread w. butter, cheese & jam
– Supplements
LUNCH (5 pm)
– 1 small frozen banana
– 1/2 avocado
– 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
– 2 dl low fat milk
DINNER (10 pm)
– 15 pcs sushi

11 am-12 pm: 1 hr walk (5,68 km) in Dubai Marina
3:30-4pm: Glutes
A1: Cable RDL 4×10
A2: Dumbbell hip thrust 4×10
B1: Single leg press 4×10 each leg
B2: Leaned back machine abduction 4×10
B2: Forward lean machine abduction 4×10
