Day 4 | 2 Week Weightloss Challenge!
Morning weight: 80,0 kg.
Another 5 am morning wake up call with only 5,5 hours of sleep, so I was happy to see the scale staying at 80,0 kg. Same weight as yesterday when I had had way more sleep!
I really do love my job as a personal trainer in Dubai, but sometimes it’s tough go get up early and home late every day. It’s a small price to pay to get to do what I do for a living, and I count my blessings every day, but I can’t wait until tomorrow and saturday when I get to get a few more hours of sleep.
I’ve been battling with a heel spur on my left foot, and now it finally feels a bit better, but instead my left knee has started to hurt. It does that sometimes so I’m just trying to avoid anything that does feel good, and hopefully my knee will feel better soon.
I didn’t have much of an appetite today, so I went for higher fat options to get all my calories in. Once again I didn’t track macros or calories but pretty confident I was around 1500 cals in total for the day.
Food log:
Pre breakfast (5:30-7:30 am)
– My Apple cider vinegar lemonade
– Coffee with low fat milk
Breakfast (1 pm)
– 1/2 portion of my Avo Pudding inspired by Kourtney Kardashian
– 2 pcs Wasa rye crisp bread w. butter, cheese & jam
Dinner (8 pm)
– 250 g. mixed shredded carrot/red cabbage
– 1 small red onion
– 2 eggs
– 1 heaping tbsp. green peso
– Ketchup & hot n’ sweet sauce
– 200 g. pineapple
Late night (11 pm)
– 1/2 portion of my Avo Pudding inspired by Kourtney Kardashian

11 am:
– 30 min. bike lvl 10
– Upper body and abs:
A1: Seated shoulder press 3×15
A2: Seated lateral raises 3×1
B1: Seated bent over fly 3×15
B2: Singl arm tricep kick back 3×15
C: Rope Cable Crunch
