Day 1 | 2 Week Weightloss Challenge!

Day 1 is done – and what a day it was!

I was planning on going straight home after my morning client and my workout to have breakfast and meal prep, but ended up staying our for a few more hours so instead I had to grab some food on the go and didn’t really get around to meal prepping today. So my macros and calories are a little off (I didn’t count them but I’m above 1500 for sure), but at least I stuck to healthy, nutritious food only! That’s progress after the last few weeks of eating lots and lots of refined sugar, so  I’m still gonna give myself some credit for that ;)


Food log:

Breakfast (11:30 am)
– 100 g. sweet potato
– 100 g. white fish
– 100 g. cooked spinach/mushroom
– 100 g. carrots
(everything is weighed after cooking)

Lunch (3pm)
– 2 pieces of whole wheat crispbred with thin layer of butter, cheese and jam
– 2 whole eggs
– 200 g. shredded cabbage
– 1/2 medium red onion
– ketchup

Snack (6pm)
Supersmoothie made of:
– 1 small banana
– 50 g. frozen spinach
– 1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
– 1 tbsp Chlorella
– 1 tbsp Spirulina
– 1 tbsp Bodylab Greens
– 1 tbsp chia seeds
– 1 tsp Liquid Omega 3
– 1 dl low fat milk
– 3 g. L-Glutamine
– a few drops liquid sweetener

Dinner (9:30 pm)
– 2 pieces of whole wheat crispbred with thin layer of butter, cheese and jam
– 2 whole eggs
– 200 g. shredded cabbage
– 1/2 medium red onion
– ketchup

Dessert (10pm)
– 1 square of 85% dark chocolate
– 1 tbsp peanut butter
– 1/2 apple


Workout log:

Warm up: 15 min cross trainer lvl 10-11

A1: Cable straight arm pull down 3×10
A2: Straight bar medium grip pull down 3×10

B: Cable alternating lat pull down 3×20

D: Standing Machine rear delt row 3×10-15

Cardio: 45 min. bike lvl 10
