Taking something as ordinary as a classic breakfast – you know, it’s just eggs, pastries, yoghurt, fruit and lots of cappiccinos – and making it extraordinary by indulging in it at the highest placed restaurant in the world… It makes me feel grateful to live in such an extraordinary place, and reminds me that the next adventure is always waiting just around the corner.
