Breakfast in bed darlin’
Nothing beats breakfast in bed if you ask me… If I could get away with it, I would never leave my bed until after 1 pm. And breakfast served in bed would be mandatory.
Until I have that every day luxury, I’ll enjoy it on the occasional day off work or, like today, when I’m sick and can’t go to work.
Today I had an immune boosting (or so I tell myself…) lemon juice/apple cider vinegar lemonade, matcha latte & low fat yoghurt mixed with 1/2 scoop Vanilla Milkshake protein powder, topped with slices of banana, apple, oats, raisins, cinnamon and açaí powder.

Kunne du ikke skrive hvor meget du putte i af citron og æbleciderddike til den lemonade.
Du er en kæmpe inspiration. Jeg er lige blevet færdig med dit program 29 dag . Fantastisk program. Det kunne være fedt hvis du lavet et igen. Nu hvor det snart er sommer.
