Ladies Day at Nikki Beach

Want strong glutes? But have a busy life? This workout is for you!


I love training glutes, but I don’t like spending a lot of time in the gym. I mean, I love the gym, but I work with clients in gyms every day so when I finally have some time off I like doing other things than working out… When I’m not working I’m always so busy living life, that even a 1-hour session can be hard to squeeze in sometimes. But I wanna stay in shape and not neglect my glutes!

What to do?

To get the best of both worlds, my workouts are usually 30 minutes of cardio followed by 2-6 exercises, usually performed at supersets.
The strenght part of today’s workout was done in 25 minutes – and I’m sure I’ll feel it in all the right places tomorrow!

The workout:

Cardio: 30 minutes incline walk lvl. 3,5-5,5% at 6 km/h.


A1: BB Romanian Deadlift 4×10
A2: Single leg hip thrusts 4×8 each leg

B1: Smith Alternating Reverse Lunges 3×20
B2: Box Jumps 3×5



Sports bra: H&M
Shorts: 2XU (similar)

      Dejligt at du kan lide det!

      Du kan eksempelvis lave jump squats eller almindelige squats i stedet :)
