My booty workout (full break down & video!)
I want to share my current booty workout with you guys! :)
When I train glutes I love adding in a few exercises using bands, and my favorite band is the CW Bootybuilder.
Today I used it to really burn out the glutes in the last few exercises. Get yours here! (sponsored)
Below is the full video of my workout followed by details of exercises, sets & reps. Enjoy babes!
Warm up: 10-15 min. incline walk
A: Sumo Deadlift 4×6 (usually I do 2-3 warm-ups sets before)
B: Smith Machine Curtsy Lunge 3×20 (alternating legs)
C1: Dumbbell RDL 4×10
C2: Back extensions w. glute focus 4×10
D1: Band reverse hypers 3×15
D2: Band side walks 3×15 (both sides)
D3: Glute bridge march 3×30 (alternating legs)
