Back on track
I’m still not feeling 100%, but it’s getting better…
My appetite is back to normal after being constantly hungry for the past 2 weeks (I sometimes get really hungry when I’m sick or about to get sick.) and I’m less sleepy, finally… I did sleep non-stop from Friday afternoon until Sunday at 9 AM, so maybe that’s why.
I went to the gym this morning and did 30 minutes of light cardio and 12 sets of abs. A little is better than nothing!
Cardio was 30 minutes on the treadmill at 6 km/h and incline between 2,5-4,5%.
My ab circuit:
A1: Jack knives 3×10
A2: Straight leg heel touches 3×20
A3: Russian twist 5 kg. 3×30
A4: Crunches 3×20
After my workout I went home and had a late breakfast, and then I was off to work for the rest of the day.
Pretty boring Sunday, but it felt good to be out and about again.
